LMI Aerospace Deburr Technician in Wichita, United States

Position Summary: This is a 2nd Shift position.

Responsible for finishing parts per customer requirements including but not limited to breaking edges, blending mismatch, vibratory deburr and polish.

Primary Responsibility:

Deburr and blend mismatch of machined parts

Vibratory deburr of machined Parts

Maintain stock levels of deburr supplies

Count and verify parts in and out of vibratory deburr

Routine Maintenance on Tumblers

Train machinist as required on deburr and blend techniques

Final deburr inspection and verification of all machined parts

Direct Supervision: None

Business Relationships:

Frequent contact with Manufacturing Employees

Frequent contact with shift supervisors and machine operators

Skills and Requirements:

Must demonstrate the ability to stay organized and be self-motivated
