COMMERCIAL BUSINESS LENDING ADMINISTRATOR

The candidate for this position will assist the Commercial Business Lender by processing closing documents and preparing final closing packages, in addition to organizing, preparing and maintaining loan file information to ensure compliance and quality of loan documentation. The candidate will be responsible for sending out verifications, ordering credit reports, requesting and processing appraisals, calling for taxes, assisting with the preparation of written correspondence, ordering title insurance, processing certificates of insurance, surveys, inspections and environmental studies.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, basic computer and spreadsheet skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data in order to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
